Inauguration of Shri Swamiji Statue and Shivalingham at Devarayasamudram Ashram grounds

In the land alongside the ashram lies a naturally occurring rock which has the cylindrical form of a Shiva Lingham. It was consecrated by Shri Babaji as a Shiva Lingham and, with Shiva being the Guru of Swamiji, a statue of Swamiji was commissioned and installed at its base.
An impromptu retreat and Parents Aradhana
During this period, a group of devotees visited the ashram from Malaysia and also Bangalore and other parts of India. Shri Babaji organized an important impromptu retreat for the team so that they can get the full benefit of the ashram.
The program started off with the morning puja at 7.30, followed by chanting and puja in the hall and the temple. Breakfast followed and then voluntary seva time after breakfast. The first meditation of the morning began at 10.45 for an hour, followed by a short break and a 1-hour question and answer session conducted by Shri Babaji, along with Shri Ambaji. Lunch followed at 1pm and a rest break in the afternoon. A meditation session was held at 4.30 to 5.30pm, tea break then an informal question and a session again in the evening. The schedule was rounded off by the Aarthi at 7pm and dinner.
This mini retreat gave the participants a structured environment where they could practice meditation and ask questions to Shri Babaji and was well enjoyed by the participants.
The celebration of Shri Swamiji's Mother and Shri Babaji's Parents also took place at the ashram temple.
