Items to bring

General guidelines:

  • Clothing should be comfortable and light.

  • Generally in Indian culture, clothing covers shoulders and legs, especially in temples and meditation halls etc.

  • Many of Babaji’s devotees wear white clothes while at the Ashram. If you like, you can also do so at the retreat centre; however it’s not a requirement.

  • Anyone with medical requirements should bring enough supplies for the entire retreat.
  • There are no shops available nearby, as the retreat centre is located in a secluded area. We kindly request you to bring all necessary personal items with you before arriving.

Clothes:

  • Sweater
  • Hat
  • Sandals/shoes that can easily be put-on/taken-off for entering the meditation hall, temple etc.
  • Warm sleepwear, as the weather can be cool at night.

Toiletries:

  • Towel

  • Shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste…

General items:

  • Water bottle

  • Travel adapter

  • Personal first-aid kit

  • Torch

  • Ear plugs
