In spiritual terms heart is compared to the mind’s emotional feelings. When a person would have performed Tapas and become a Yogi, such a Yogi would have transcended all emotions, passions and imaginations of the mind. Abandoning all these, such a consciousness would have settled, getting absorbed in the Real Self and remain there effortlessly with Supreme Peace and Contentment. These teachings come from one who has become One with the Divine—they come from the Heart of Peace.
