The Meditation retreat is a precious opportunity to focus your full attention on spiritual practice without the everyday responsibilities or distractions. What makes this retreat truly unique, is the daily guidance given by Shri Shiva Rudra Balayogi Maharaj (Babaji), a genuine Master who has practised meditation to the highest level and achieved Self Realisation.
To be in the physical presence of such a Master is a huge boost to one’s meditation practice, while being in a peaceful and supportive environment of like-minded spiritual seekers.
This retreat is for anyone with a serious interest in deepening their practice of meditation. Shri Babaji teaches in a simple and practical way one of the highest techniques of meditation called Jangama Dhyana, a silent method practiced since ancient times by the great sages of India.

Where does it take place?
Set in Shri Babaji’s birth place, in the small village of Devarayasamudra, about 100km east of Bangalore, the Ashram is surrounded by nature and provides a wonderfully peaceful environment for spiritual seekers to learn and practise Sadhana.
