Why join the Shri Babaji meditation retreat?
The Meditation retreat is a precious opportunity to focus your full attention on spiritual practice without the everyday responsibilities or distractions.  What makes this retreat truly unique, is the daily guidance given by Shri Shiva Rudra Balayogi Maharaj (Babaji), a genuine Master who has practised meditation to the highest level and achieved Self Realisation.  To be in the physical presence of such a Master is a huge boost to one’s meditation practice, while being in a peaceful and supportive environment of like-minded spiritual seekers.

Who is it for?
This retreat is for anyone with a serious interest in deepening their practice of meditation. Shri Babaji teaches in a simple and practical way one of the highest techniques of meditation called Jangama Dhyana, a silent method practiced since ancient times by the great sages of India.

We request that everyone applying to attend the Meditation Retreat be familiar with Shri Babaji’s Teachings. You can do this by attending Shri Babaji’s weekly online Meditation and Q&A Sessions (click here to register your free place), visiting Shri Babaji’s YouTube channel, and accessing all the Teachings available on this website.
