Retreat Overview
The retreat is open for serious meditators seeking to deepen their practice and immerse themselves in the Teachings of Shri Babaji while maintaining a silent and peaceful atmosphere.
Three meditation sessions of 1.25hrs, 1.5hrs and 1hr and two Q&A sessions of 1hr with Shri Babaji will be included in the daily schedule.
The 13-nights retreat schedule includes:
- Day 1: Arrival
- Day 2: Rest day and briefing (meditation sessions will start – optional)
- Days 3-12: 10 days of full daily retreat schedule with Shri Babaji (a silent atmosphere is maintained during these 10 days)
- Day 13: Rest/final day activities (meditation sessions will continue – optional)
- Day 14: Departure

Accommodation
- All rooms provided will be inside the Ashram premises, up to three people sharing each room. Â Male and female rooms are separate, except for couples/family.
- All rooms have an attached bathroom with hot water. Bathrooms include a bucket shower for bathing, and bidet shower for toileting.
- Washing machines will be available.
- Limited Wifi options will be available.
- Please bring modest and comfortable clothing.



Meals
- Three traditional Indian vegetarian meals will be provided (breakfast will also include western options).
- Unfortunately, we are not able to provide for special dietry requirements (please contact us if you have any specific health condition).
- Filtered drinking water will be provided.
- A tea table (including tea bags, instant coffee, milk powder and biscuits) will be set up for you to use anytime.




Retreat Contribution
- As in the lineage of the great spiritual masters, Shri Babaji’s spiritual teachings are imparted free of cost. However, a contribution is required to cover the expenses of the retreat.
- Each participant will be required to make a contribution of 30,000 Indian rupees (approximately USD350) for the retreat.
- These contributions will go directly to the catering services, bedding supplies and hire, cleaning services, furniture and equipment, running costs including building maintenance, utility bills, extra staff wages and general improvements to the Ashram.

Application Criteria
- This retreat is open for serious meditators who want to deepen their practice. Â If you would simply like to visit Shri Babaji, please contact the Ashram separately to arrange this.
- You should be familiar with Shri Babaji’s Teachings which can be easily accessed online.
- You should be prepared to follow Shri Babaji’s mantra of “Adjust and Manage” during the retreat, which may be mentally and physically challenging.
- You should be in a good general state of health to support your practice.
- You should be prepared to maintain an atmosphere of silence, speaking only when necessary. As Shri Babaji says, “Don’t talk to others and don’t allow others to talk to you”.
- It is mandatory to read, understand and accept the Retreat Policies.
