For thousands of years, spiritual seekers in India have sought the company of Yogis — Self-Realised Masters. Merely to be in the physical presence of such a master can be a transformative experience.
A visit to Shri Babaji’s Ashram offers a rare opportunity to hear the teachings of a Yogi directly, to receive guidance and deepen your own spiritual practice.
His teachings are simple and practical, with meditation at their heart. He encourages you to stand on your own two feet, make determined efforts and experience the Truth for yourself.

Shri Babaji teaches one of the highest techniques of meditation practiced since ancient times in India, Jangama Dhyana – a silent meditation practice.
The basic goal of this practice is to quieten the mind, bringing your attention away from the habitual thoughts and imaginations, to go inwards onto the mind itself. Through determined regular practice, eventually you become aware of your true nature – the consciousness of existence.
A visit offers an opportunity to receive direct guidance on this technique and to practice in his presence.
Satsang provides an opportunity to ask questions arising from your own meditation practice and spiritual life. Shri Babaji offers guidance on the mind, consciousness, spiritual discipline and how to overcome the challenges encountered on the path. He clears doubts and common misconceptions in spirituality, explaining things in a simple way that is easy to understand without using unnecessary terminology. He speaks from first hand experience of the Truth, experienced in deep meditation (Tapas) and as taught to him by his Guru Shri Swamiji.
